Aquatics

The LWC Nataorium is comprised of three pools:

• Lap Pool

• Therapy Pool

• Whirlpool

The lap pool is available for all members, visitors, and guests to participate in classes, activities, and leisurely swimming. A schedule for the lap pool is available at the sales office and by clicking here. This pool is also utilized by the Lifetime Aquatic Swim Organization (LASO) Swim Team for practice and meets.

The therapy pool is shared with S.M.A.R.T Services of Smyth County Community Hospital Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to increased temperature of this pool, water aerobic classes are conducted for individuals who experience arthritis. Please see the Therapy Pool schedule for restrictions.

The whirlpool seats 12-15 comfortably and is available for use by individuals 15 years of age and older.
