Aerobics
Various land and aquatic
aerobics classes are offered Monday-Saturday between 6:00 am and
7:30 pm. Land aerobics are provided in the studio located on the
upper level of the LWC. Aquatic aerobic classes are provided in
the natatorium in both the lap and therapy pools.
Instructors are nationally
certified by various fitness associations, and have completed CPR
and AED certifications.
Classes are designed for
participants of all levels from beginner to advanced. Classes
include Group Power™, Group Step™, Group Active™, Group
Ride™, and Group Centergy™. Classes designed for members
age 60 and older also available.
Aquatics classes
include deep water aerobics, aquatic aerobics, and a
class especially designed for members with joint problems.
The aerobics schedule is
updated quarterly (January, April, July, October). Schedules
are available at several locations within the center and
can be faxed upon request.
