The Lifetime Wellness Center is owned and operated by the Smyth County Community Foundation. This facility is designed to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and walks of life through affordable membership and outreach education. The Lifetime Wellness Center is proud to be the cornerstone for the health and growth of the communities we serve.

Additional Benefits

To ensure flexibility and accommodate different corporate and business needs, the LWC has developed options for companies who wish to participate in a corporate agreement with the center. Please call our sales office to discuss all the options available to you.

Financial Assistance Program
