The Lifetime Wellness Center is owned and operated by the Smyth County Community Foundation. This facility is designed to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and walks of life through affordable membership and outreach education. The Lifetime Wellness Center is proud to be the cornerstone for the health and growth of the communities we serve.
